About Launchwell Studio
The team behind Canadian businesses that launch well.
We bring strategy, operations and client experience together, so a small business opens looking and running like it is ready.
Serving the GTAWorking across Canada
Most small businesses are built in pieces. We build them whole.
Why we exist
One plan, one team, one launch.
A logo from one place. A website from another. Signs ordered at the last minute. No system for following up with the people who ask about your services. Each piece might be fine, but together they do not feel like one business.
Our team plans the launch as a whole, then builds the pieces in the right order: the offer, the brand, the website, the systems behind it, and the printed and in-person materials your customers will see and touch.
Our team
Four disciplines, working as one studio.
You get one point of contact, backed by specialists in every part of a launch.
Strategy and planning
We shape the offer, pricing and launch plan, and keep every decision tied to your goals.
Brand and web design
We design the identity and build the website your customers meet first.
Systems and operations
We set up the CRM, booking, follow-up and procedures that keep the business running.
Print and event production
We produce signage, packaging, apparel and displays, and bring pop-ups and openings to life.
How we work
What you can expect from us.
We listen first
We ask about your business, your customers and your goals before we recommend anything.
Strategy before design
We decide what the business needs to say and do, then make it look good.
Built to keep running
You leave with systems and written steps, so the business works after we step back.
Local and Canada-wide
In person across the GTA, and online with businesses anywhere in Canada.
